Hati-Hati Dengan Kutu Kelamin

Kutu tak hanya hinggap di rambut kepala. Makhluk kecil menjengkelkan itu juga suka hinggap di bagian tubuh lainnya yang ditumbuhi rambut seperti ketiak, janggut, dada termasuk rambut kemaluan. Kutu kelamin paling doyan hinggap di kemaluan remaja.



Kutu kelamin (Pediculosis pubis) atau sering disebut dengan kutu kepiting (crabs) adalah serangga parasit yang ditemukan terutama di daerah kemaluan atau alat kelamin manusia. Istilah kepiting diberikan karena tampilan mikroskopiknya yang menyerupai kepiting.

Kutu kelamin dapat mempengaruhi semua orang, namun tingkat tertinggi ditemukan pada remaja, biasanya pada remaja yang sudah aktif secara seksual, baik pria maupun wanita. Hal ini mungkin terjadi karena remaja kurang peduli dengan kebersihan kelamin, di seperti dilansir nlm.nih.gov, Kamis (22/12/2011).

Remaja dengan kutu kelamin sebaiknya juga harus memeriksakan diri untuk infeksi seksual lainnya, karena berdasarkan etiologi penyakit, infeksi kutu kelamin diklasifikasikan sebagai infeksi menular seksual (IMS).



Penularan biasanya terjadi selama aktivitas seksual. Namun, hal itu juga dapat terjadi melalui kontak fisik dengan objek yang terkontaminasi seperti toilet kursi, seprai dan selimut. Bahkan, beberapa wanita mendapatkan kutu kelamin ketika mencoba pakaian renang.

Berikut penyebab dan penularan kutu kelamin, seperti dilansir Emedicinehealth:

•Sumber infeksi kutu kelamin adalah kontak intim dengan orang yang terinfeksi
•Karena penularan terjadi selama hubungan intim, hubungan seksual yang sebenarnya tidak diperlukan untuk penyebaran kutu kelamin
•Kutu kelamin juga dapat ditularkan melalui kontak dengan barang-barang yang terkontaminasi seperti handuk, seprai atau pakaian.
•Kutu tidak melompat atau terbang, maka kontak sebenarnya diperlukan untuk transmisi. Seorang individu mungkin memperoleh infeksi karena tidur bersama atau dari handuk
•Kucing, anjing dan hewan peliharaan lainnya tidak terlibat dalam penyebaran kutu manusia

Gejala infeksi kutu kelamin:

•Gatal dan terbakar di daerah kemaluan
•Gatal dapat menyebar karena kutu kelamin bergerak ke daerah basah lain dari tubuh seperti ketiak
•Gatal akan memburuk pada malam hari
•Menggaruk intens dan lama dapat mengakibatkan kulit terluka dan dapat menjadi terinfeksi oleh bakteri
•Demam, terbakar ketika buang air keci atau keluarnya cairan kelamin.



Sedangkan tindakan perawatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi infeksi kutu kelamin adalah:

•Mengeramasi rambut kemaluan dan wilayah sekitarnya sedikitnya selama 5 menit
•Bilas dengan baik
•Menyisir rambut kemaluan dengan sisir bergigi halus untuk menghilangkan telur
•Beberapa dokter menyarankan menggunting rambut kemaluan dengan pisau cukur listrik nonsharp untuk mengurangi jumlah kutu dan telur.

4 Things to Know When Planning a Social Media Contest

Social media has revolutionized the way companies run sweepstakes, contests and promotions. Specifically, social tools have made it easy to accomplish things that weren't possible a few years ago. Maybe too easy.

Some companies forget that social media promotions are subject to various laws, special requirements and unique risks. Let's review four of the most important considerations before your company takes on a social media promotion.

1. Know Your Terminology

---

People often use the words "sweepstakes" and "contest" interchangeably, but the words refer to two different things. In general, a sweepstakes refers to a promotion in which prizes are awarded based on chance, whereas a contest awards prizes based on skill. However, don't assume that a promotion is skill-based just because it doesn't include a random drawing. Different regions and states have different definitions of what constitutes a skill, so it's not always easy to determine which side yours falls on.
Why does it matter? Sweepstakes and contests are subject to different sets of laws. The first step toward ensuring that you comply with the laws is determining exactly which ones apply.

2. Know the Laws

---

Most importantly, you can't require people to make a purchase or payment in order to enter a sweepstakes. In most cases, you can create a method of entry that involves paying money, as long as you also provide a free method of entry option. Ensure that both methods are treated equally, and that you clearly disclose the free option. Be careful — if you get this wrong, you could be in violation of criminal law.
You have more flexibility to require a purchase in a skills contest, but it's not easy. Remember that states define skill differently, so a promotion that qualifies as skill-based in one state may not qualify as skill-based in another. Moreover, some states prohibit purchase requirements altogether, even if winners were selected based on skill. If you intend to have a purchase requirement, you will have to exclude these states.
Most states require companies to make certain disclosures about their promotions. It's tempting to simply copy what another company has done recently, but it's dangerous to assume that another brand got it right, or that its disclosures apply to your plans. In addition to the disclosure requirements, keep in mind that some states may require companies to register, and even to post a bond, before they can launch certain promotions.
There's a lot to consider before you even begin to research other laws that involve promotions, privacy, intellectual property, tax, etc. If you're not an expert in this area, work with someone who is.

3. Know the Platform Rules

---

Some social media companies restrict the types of promotions you perform on their platforms. For example, the Facebook Promotions Guidelines state that a user can't award someone a contest entry simply for liking a page. Instead, users and brands must run promotions via apps on a Canvas Page or Page Tab. Facebook also requires companies to make various disclosures, and prohibits brands from notifying winners through Facebook. Check the guidelines for the complete requirements.
Google+ has taken a different approach to promotions. The Google+ Pages Contest and Promotion Policies state, "You may not run contests, sweepstakes, offers, coupons or other such promotions…directly on your Google+ Page." In other words, you can run a promotion on another site and include a link to it on your Google+ Page, but that's about it.
Twitter has guidelines too, but most are designed to prevent spamming. For example, Twitter asks that companies discourage people from creating multiple accounts, and from posting the same tweet repeatedly. For example, a brand that awarded a user who tweeted the same message the most times would likely be in violation.
Violating platform guidelines can get you kicked off the platform, so make sure you know these rules.

4. Know the Risks

---

Most of the social media promotions recently gone wrong have not failed due to broken laws or platform rules. Rather, companies failed to account for risks inherent to the social media space. Social media is interactive, but remember that the more control you turn over to consumers, the less you'll have.
Public voting produces some of the biggest problems. If you allow the public to determine a winner, you'll almost certainly have to watch for cheating. In some cases, cheating can be so extensive that it will derail your promotion. Indeed, some companies have spent countless hours trying to plug holes, respond to complaints and regain control of their promotions. It's fine to allow consumers some input, but don't give them complete control.
Cheating isn't the worst that can happen — lawsuits pose a big threat. For example, Quiznos ran a contest that asked people to create videos showing why their subs were better than Subway's. Then Subway sued Quiznos over some of the entries. Be careful what you ask customers to submit; if you encourage them to provide problematic content, you may not be able to distance yourself from that content later on.
Before you launch a promotion, spend some time thinking about possible setbacks, and take steps to plug potential holes before consumers exploit them. A little work up front can save you a lot of time, aggravation and legal fees later.

Black Friday Shoppers Destroy WalMart Displays [VIDEO]

Black Friday sales hit a record high Friday — online sales rose 24.3%, but many shoppers opted to go to brick-and-mortar locations to spend their hard-earned cash. Judging from the YouTube clips that have emerged, that was probably not the best idea — videos of Black Friday mayhem at big box stores are going viral. Yesterday, we showed you shoppers fighting over a $2 waffle maker, and now we bring you footage from a WalMart in Mesquite, Texas. Shoppers are packed in the store and ripping what appear to be DVDs and/or video games from boxes and displays that read "$10 while supplies last" (literally). Some people — presumably employees — are shouting "Hey!" in a fruitless attempt to restore order, while others caught in the chaos are heard screaming and laughing as they're jostled around by deal-hungry shoppers. The clip is titled "Black friday Walmart 11/24/11," suggesting this incident occurred on Thanksgiving night, since many WalMarts opened early with Black Friday sales.

LOS ANGELES - Setelah kepergok berduaan di kamar hotel, Justin Bieber dan Selena Gomez tertangkap berciuman di atas kapal di Karibia.

Keduanya terlihat akrab sambil berjemur di kapal. Selena seksi menggunakan bikini. "Mereka terlihat seperti pacaran," ujar saksi mata seperti dikutip Showbizspy, Selasa (4/1/2011).

"Mereka saling berangkulan. Anda pasti akan menduga bahwa mereka tidak terpisahkan. Selena sepertinya menyukai momen itu," sambungnya.

Sebelumnya, Justin memberikan hadiah Natal kepada Selena berupa gelang berlian.

"Itu bukan cincin tunangan, sebuah gelang berlian untuk menegaskan bahwa Selena merupakan bagian dari Justin," kata sumber.

Gelang permata itu merupakan perhiasan pertama yang diberikan penembang Baby ini kepada seorang perempuan. Seolah Justin ingin hubungan mereka berlanjut ke tahap selanjutnya.

Wikileaks di Kuba: Fidel Castro 'hampir meninggal'

Pemimpin Kuba Fidel Castro datang dekat dengan kematian pada tahun 2006, menurut kabel diplomatik rahasia AS terbaru yang diterbitkan oleh Wikileaks.

Castro hampir mati setelah karena menderita usus berlubang dalam penerbangan keluar negeri, sumber-sumber yang tak disebutkan namanya mengatakan kepada diplomat AS di Havana.

Penyakit ini menyebabkan Castro menyerahkan kekuasaannya kepada saudaranya Raul, meskipun ia akan kembali ke kehidupan publik.

kesehatan 84-tahun-tua dianggap sebagai rahasia negara di Kuba.

Kabel Wikileaks, yang diterbitkan oleh surat kabar Spanyol El Pais, mengungkapkan upaya intens yang dilakukan oleh diplomat AS di Havana untuk mengetahui sifat penyakit Fidel Castro dan peluangnya untuk di pulihankan.

Nama-nama sumber-sumber informasi yang dilaporkan dalam kabel telah dihapus oleh Wikileaks, tetapi beberapa tampaknya tahu orang yang dekat dengan pemimpin Kuba, atau memiliki akses ke catatan medis nya.

Sumber itu mengatakan Castro memiliki perforasi operasi usus besar.

Tapi itu mengatakan dia "capriciously" menolak untuk memiliki kolostomi, dengan hasil yang kondisinya memburuk dari waktu ke waktu dan dia dibutuhkan operasi lebih lanjut.

"Penyakit ini tidak dapat disembuhkan dan tidak akan, dalam pendapatnya, biarkan dia kembali ke Kuba terkemuka," menyimpulkan laporan tersebut.

"Dia tidak akan mati segera, tetapi ia akan semakin kehilangan kemampuannya dan menjadi lebih lemah sampai dia meninggal."

Selanjutnya kabel bocor kutipan sumber lain yang mengatakan Castro telah sakit parah, dan memeriksa laporan oleh tim medis dan obat-obatan spesialis laporan dibawa ke Kuba.

Namun laporan kematian sudah dekat-Nya telah terbukti tidak berlebihan.

Castro telah sejak membuat pemulihan jelas dan awal tahun ini kembali untuk membuat pidato dan tampil di depan umum, meskipun ia belum mengambil kembali kendali kekuasaan dari saudaranya Raul.

Pemimpin Kuba baru-baru ini memuji mantan Wikileaks dan pendirinya, Julian Assange, mengatakan kebocoran ribuan kabel diplomatik telah membawa Amerika Serikat "secara moral, bertekuk lutut".

"Julian Assange, seorang pria yang beberapa bulan lalu nyaris tak ada orang di dunia telah mendengar, menunjukkan bahwa kerajaan yang paling kuat dalam sejarah bisa menantang," ia menulis dalam sebuah artikel yang diterbitkan oleh media pemerintah Kuba.

Pemerintah AS dan badan-badan intelijen yang telah menjadi musuh setia Castro dan pemerintah komunis di Kuba selama lebih dari setengah abad.

Sejauh ini, semua prediksi mereka atas kematian yang mendekat pemerintahan partai komunis di pulau itu telah terbukti palsu.
